Clean inexpensive & in a quiet area. The people who worked the desk were friendly. I would stay here again. it's right off of 287 in Dumas it's close to Gas Stations places to eat and there's a easy way to get right on 287 again. It won't impress your friends. No coffee pot but a microwave so bring cups to make instant hot drinks!
I have stayed here a few times. Always clean. Always comfortable. Very good staff. Quiet and peaceful. Slept like a baby. Reccomend to anyone stopping in Dumas.
The rooms are very clean and they don't smell bad like most inns I've tried spending a night in. The beds are also really comfortable. The outside also looks very nice and clean.

Better than it looks. I was in town working for a few days. We all know how pricy motel are this one has the best price. That is very important when traveling for work. The outside looks harsh however if been in Dumass twice for work. Both rooms where better than all other inns and less problimatic than tbe 6. The Managment worked great with me gave me an option to look at the rooms beacuse they are having them re done. Great place for minimum budget work travel.
Its not bad, free wifi, comfy beds (i think thay are) no bugs (cockroach, beetles ect.) And 1-2 people rooms, over all i liked it.
